Every hour, on the hour, The Eiffel Tower lights up for ten minutes. Across the street there is a Merry Go Round, and the perfect location for an engagement portrait.
I posed my couple and then asked the operator if he could stop the ride for a few minutes so I could get my shot. The answer was “no.”
We began the shoot at the top of the hour so the tower was lit. Each time the merry go round went around full circle I found my clients in a new pose. This shot was taken on the fifth rotation.
I just love it!
