During the day he will create head shots for each member of your team, and you may invite your past clients to visit your place of business during that same day to have their Executive Headshots created or updated as well.
Solaris Studios can charge your company a simple day rate and we will create head shots for as many people that show up. Or, you can inform your past and current clients of this service and have them pay their own way at a reduced cost from your normal rate.
With either plan, your company will bring warm bodies in the door and is given the opportunity to express customer appreciation, and the opportunity to give extra value and benefit to your client base.

Hosting a headshot day allows your company to contact your customers four times.
First, to announce your are hosting the event.
Second, to give a one week warning that the event date is fast approaching.
Third, three days before the event, you can provide a link to a webpage which will educate participants on correct attire for their portrait.
And finally, you will be able to send a “letter of regret” exclaiming how the event was a great success and benefit to all who attended, and also making sure to again inform your customers of your appreciation for their past business by adding an additional “thank you for doing business with your business”.
