Solaris Studios provides refined, unobtrusive, and consistent coverage for corporate events across Houston. Whether documenting leadership meetings, award ceremonies, summits, presentations, or executive visits, every image is crafted with the same precision and aesthetic that defines the Solaris brand. All event coverage includes color and exposure refinement and delivery within 3–5 business days.

Event Coverage Options

• 3-Hour Event Coverage — $1,350
  Perfect for executive visits, corporate announcements, small ceremonies, and leadership gatherings. Includes unlimited images, full processing, and delivery within 3–5 business days.
• Half-Day Coverage (up to 4 hours) — $1,900
  Ideal for mid-sized events, department meetings, and award ceremonies. Includes unlimited images and full processing.
• Full-Day Coverage (up to 8 hours) — $3,600
  Comprehensive documentation for conferences, summits, multi-room events, and full corporate programs. Includes unlimited images, full processing, and 3–5 business day delivery.

Multi-Day Corporate Events

Multi-day conferences, conventions, and executive summits require dedicated, consistent coverage. Pricing starts at $3,600 per day and is based on scope, schedule, and photographic needs across rooms, floors, and keynote spaces.

Rush Delivery Options

Next-day delivery is a premium service due to the volume of images involved and the frequency of evening events. Images will be delivered by 6:00 PM the following business day.

• Next-Day Delivery (3-Hour Event) — +$500
• Next-Day Delivery (Half-Day Event) — +$700
• Next-Day Delivery (Full-Day Event) — +$1,000
• Next-Day Delivery (Multi-Day Event) — +$1,200 per day

À La Carte Options

• Headshot Station Add-On — $1,600
  Includes a dedicated second photographer and full studio lighting setup. One fully retouched headshot is provided for each participant.
• Extended Event Hours (beyond booked time) — $350 per hour.  Invoiced the day of the shoot.  Includes post production and edited images.
• Environmental Executive Portrait During Event — $225 per executive
• Travel Outside Greater Houston — mileage + standard expenses
