Solaris Studios brings a full studio setup directly to your office—ensuring consistent, high-end headshots for every member of your team. During each micro-session, your images are reviewed on an iPad to confirm lighting, expression, and overall quality. After the session, Aric selects the best 3–5 headshots of each person, lightly retouches them, and delivers the completed files.

The packages below serve as your session retainer and lock in your date. Once booked, no other inquiries for that date will be accepted.

Packages

• 5-Headshot Package — $1,195
  Ideal for small leadership groups or executive teams. Includes on-location setup, professional lighting, and 3–5 lightly retouched headshots per person. Travel within Greater Houston included.
• 10-Headshot Package — $1,795
  Perfect for departments or mid-sized teams needing consistent, professional headshots. Includes 3–5 lightly retouched headshots per person and precise style matching to all prior Solaris Studios sessions.
• 20-Headshot Package — $2,995
  Designed for larger teams and onboarding initiatives. Includes 3–5 lightly retouched headshots per person and a streamlined on-site workflow for efficient high-volume photography.
• 30-Headshot Package — $3,895
  Ideal for large groups requiring an efficient and consistent on-location setup. Includes 3–5 lightly retouched headshots per person and all travel within Greater Houston. 

Bespoke Group Experience

À La Carte Options

• Additional Team Member (beyond package limit) — $165
  This fee applies only when your total number of people exceeds the headshots included in your selected package. Includes 3–5 lightly retouched headshots for that additional team member.
• Environmental Executive Portrait Add-On — $225 per executive (available only within a booked session)
• Travel Outside Greater Houston — mileage + standard expenses

Quality Assurance

Images are viewed on an iPad during each micro-session to confirm expression, alignment, and lighting. Final selections and light retouching are completed by Solaris Studios, ensuring every delivered headshot meets your brand standards.
