Scheduling and Booking
How do I make a reservation?
Look for the Book Now button at the top of every page on this site. Click it. Choose your service. Select your date and time. The system holds your appointment instantly. You will receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know about preparing for your session. The entire process takes less than two minutes.
How quickly will I receive my headshot?
In-studio sessions receive same-day delivery. Your retouched headshot is delivered before you leave the building. On-location team sessions require additional processing time. Individual headshots from team sessions are retouched and delivered within 3-5 business days. Bespoke executive portraits receive expedited treatment because your time matters.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Life happens. Cancel more than 72 hours before your session and you receive a full refund, no questions asked. Cancel within 72 hours and your payment converts to studio credit, valid for one month. This credit can be applied to rescheduling or any other Solaris Studios service for any date in the future. The policy exists because last-minute cancellations leave gaps that other clients could have filled.
The Experience
What if I do not like my headshot?
This rarely happens — because we work hard to prevent it. During your On-Location Headshot session, we review images together on an iPad so you can see exactly what we’re capturing and adjust in real-time. For in-studio sessions, our collaborative retouching process means you’re involved in the final look before anything is finalized.
If you’re still not satisfied, we fix it. Return for a reshoot within 14 days at 50% off the session fee, or exchange poses from your original session for a nominal fee. The artwork we create is custom and cannot be resold, so all sales are final. But satisfaction is guaranteed through our collaborative process, revision options, and reshoot policy. You will leave happy. That is a promise.
What is Collaborative Retouching?
You sit with me as I retouch your portrait in real time. You guide the process. You set the limits. You approve the final image before you leave. This eliminates revision requests, ensures the image truly represents you, and gives you same-day delivery. Most studios outsource retouching to anonymous editors overseas. What is the Included Upgrade?
Every on-location team headshot session includes one complimentary bespoke executive portrait. This is not an upsell. It is a seed. The team member experiences the difference between a standard headshot and a crafted executive portrait. They see what is possible. Many return as bespoke clients. The Included Upgrade is how I build my bespoke portrait business, one exceptional experience at a time.

How do I download my headshots?
Every page on this site has a Download button at the top. Click it. Log-in. Access your individual gallery. Download your images in any size you need, from web-ready to print-quality. Your gallery remains active for the duration of your image license. No additional fees. No expiration anxiety. Your images are always available when you need them.
What sizes and formats are available?
Your gallery includes multiple formats optimized for different uses. LinkedIn and social media sizes. Website headers. Print-ready high resolution. Email signature dimensions. You receive everything you need for every platform you use.
Licensing and Usage
What is your image licensing policy?
Your headshot comes with a 10-year non-exclusive image license. Use it anywhere. LinkedIn. Your company website. Marketing materials. Annual reports. Business cards. Billboard advertisements. Can I share my headshot with my company?
Yes. Your license permits unlimited distribution to your employer, marketing department, and any professional organization that needs it. Many clients send their headshot directly to their company webmaster or PR team. The license covers all these uses for the full 10-year term.
Pricing and Payment
Do you offer referral rewards?
Absolutely. Refer a colleague who books a session and you both benefit. The exact reward varies by season and service, but the principle remains constant: I value your referrals and show that appreciation tangibly. Check the current Referral Rewards program for details. Your recommendation to a colleague is the highest compliment I can receive.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards. Payment is processed securely through the booking system when you schedule. Credit card credentials are not stored at the studio.

Where are you located?
The studio is at 10407 Thornhurn Court, Houston, Texas 77065. Northwest Houston, easily accessible from Highway 290 and 1960. Professional environment. Everything you need for a comfortable, productive session.
Do you travel to our office?
