Before You Submit
Share your selection gallery with everyone photographed and ask each participant to send you the filename of their chosen image. Each filename already includes the person’s name. To locate a filename in the gallery, open the image and click the three-dot menu (•••).
How to Prepare Your List
Keeping your list in a spreadsheet? Put the filenames in a single column, then select that column, copy it, and paste it into the selections box on the form. Each filename lands on its own line.
Enter one filename per line, one for each participant. No separate names are needed. Copy filenames exactly as displayed.

Reading a filename: in Solaris_1234_AcmeBrick_Jane_Smith_0003.jpg, 1234 is your session number, followed by the company, the person photographed, and the image number. Please include your session number whenever you contact the studio about your shoot.
Check that every participant appears in your list. Each session includes one retouched image per person. Additional images are $95 each: add the extra filenames to your list and mention them in the form’s notes field.
