What To Wear For A Business Headshot?

  • Clothing – It’s crucial, but it’s not the focus. Your face is. Choose clothing that accentuates your face rather than diverting attention. Dark suits or clothing make you look more professional.
  • Grooming – Bring a comb or brush, and make sure to trim nose and ear hairs. For men, schedule your shoot in the morning hours to avoid an afternoon shadow.
  • Colors – We suggest deep colors such as navy blues and grays for a traditional, conservative business portrait. Darker colors are more slimming and professional.

What if I don’t like my headshot?

At Solaris Studios we are not happy unless you are happy! We will gladly re-take your portraits with a 50% off session fee or exchange poses for a nominal fee within 14 days after you receive your portraits.

And f course the artwork we create is considered a custom product that cannot be re-sold. Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final.
