On-location is for teams — we bring a full mobile studio to your office and photograph everyone in fast micro-sessions. Same craft, different logistics. Same-day delivery and Collaborative Retouching are in-studio only.
When the work involves creative direction, multiple deliverables, environmental context, executive-level planning, or scope that doesn’t fit a standard session. Bookable services are built for clarity and speed. Quoted services are built for projects that need a conversation first — annual reports, safety documentation, bespoke executive portraits, distributed-team composites.
Not for the online services. Pick the service, pick the time, you’re booked. A consultation is available if you want to talk through a project that doesn’t fit the standard mold — but most headshot clients book directly.
Same day for in-studio sessions — your finished, retouched image is in your private gallery within thirty minutes of leaving the studio. One hour for ERAS headshots. On-location team headshots and traditional group portraits run three to five business days. Bespoke, event, and report photography work on project timelines set during the quote.
