Working with companies in the Oil and Gas sector often requires balancing safety, accessibility, and visual impact. I approached this project with precision and intention. Before ever stepping on location, I collaborated closely with the client to determine exactly when and where the light would tell their story best. We reviewed sun angle charts and timestamps, carefully aligning the visual narrative with the company’s tone and message. A photo of a drilling rig at sunrise doesn’t just look good; it feels purposeful. It evokes growth, potential, and a new day of innovation.
In total, I captured over 2,000 photos throughout the project. Each shot, from expansive industrial landscapes to intricate machinery textures and environmental elements, captures a purposeful visual narrative. In post-production, I narrowed the selections down to only the most powerful and cohesive images, those that not only looked beautiful but also supported the report’s themes of sustainability and strength.
