This allows us to capture every detail, before attendees arrive, ensuring that nothing is left to chance.

The package features professional editing, digital files, a private online gallery, and a lifetime image license. Customize your online gallery with password protection, and enjoy free high-resolution downloads, or turn this feature off if you prefer.

10% discount on all bookings made in August. Whether it’s for Houston convention photography or a private event, you can book during August for any future date and enjoy this exclusive offer.
Add-ons
Grip and Grin
Enhance the entrance experience with our decorative wall setup, perfect for photographing guests as they arrive or posing with key speakers. These images are organized into separate galleries, making it easy for attendees to find and download their photos.
Headshot Station
Offer an additional benefit to your attendees with our Headshot station. Set up during one, two, or three-day-long corporate events, this feature provides professional headshots, lightly retouched by artificial intelligence for a realistic result. These images are accessible in their own download gallery.
Second Photographer
Add a second photographer to ensure seamless coverage. This option allows one photographer to man the Grip and Grin or Headshot station, while the second captures the event itself.
Post Production
Fast editing and online posting of the images for attendees to view is a must. Same and next day editing Rush Order processing is available at time of online booking.
A download link will be provided once post production is completed allowing you to download all your edited images in a single click.
Your online gallery can be customized allowing all visitors to download their favorite images free of charge.
